Clarke has been driving cars from the age of 8yrs old and started off in a Toyota Glanza 1.3 FWD and competing in track days doing rallycross.
Coming from Ireland our family have a massive passion for drifting and big fans of drifting around the world.
- Clarkes progression in drifting in just 3 years
- In January 2021 and Clarke 11yrs old we bought BMW E36 Compact with a 2.8 conversion and self taught drifting on wet tracks.
- 2022 we have started building a BMW 2019 2 Series Coupe Pro Car for Clarke to prepare to qualify for his Pro licence in the IDC and Drift League by the end of 2023. in 2022 Clarke came 3rd in IDC Jnr's and 12th in the BDC Pro 2 which is an amazing result in his 1st year of competition. Please note we built a new chassis that has never really been used in drifting which we had to develop along with Clarke.
- 2023 update
- 4th IDC JNRS ( Championship ranked on Qualified scores and not battles scores)
- 8th in Pro 2 IDC and that was against 90 Drivers and Cars and won Round 1 of 5 and came top 8 twice.
- 18th Pro IDC and only competed so far 2 out of the 4 rounds and final is the this weekend. - 8th Tullyronan and Qualified 4th with a 91 point run.
- 2nd Round 1 of Drift League and qualified 1st ( Only done 2 rounds )
- Clarke is a determine and hard working pupil who achieves high grades and is always focused on whatever challenges put in front of him, and is always cool clam and collected and acts in a Professional, Collaborative Manner. Clarke is well knowing for comforting the drivers on the starting line before they Qualified.
- If not drifting then BMXing and skating at the parks and Sea Swimming at home in Carrickfergus and GYM.
