NO PURCHASE OR SUBSCRIPTION NECESSARY. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OLD (OR THE AGE OF MAJORITY) AT TIME OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. AS DESCRIBED BELOW, THESE RULES REQUIRE THAT DISPUTES BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, RATHER THAN BY CLASS ACTION, AND LIMIT YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE. WINNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL APPLICABLE TAXES.
PROMOTION DESCRIPTION
The Formula DRIFT Survey Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) begins on October 8, 2026 at 09:00:00 Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on October 30, 2026 at 23:59:59 PT (the “Promotion Period”). Promoter’s clock is the official timekeeping device of the Giveaway. At the end of the Promotion Period, a random drawing will be conducted to select one (1) major winner and four (4) runner-up winners of the prizes described below from among all eligible entries received. Entry in this Giveaway does not constitute entry into any other promotion.
By participating, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Formula Drift Holdings, LLC (“Promoter”), which are final and binding.
Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway or these Official Rules at any time for any reason, including to comply with applicable laws or regulations, without prior notice. Promoter may also substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value for any reason without prior notice.
ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are physically located in the U.S. and are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Residents of Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories are not eligible. Employees, officers, and directors of Promoter, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, artist and talent partners, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or household members of each (people who share the same residence at least three months a year) are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
HOW TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
To enter, complete the Formula DRIFT post-event survey during the Promotion Period, including your first name, last name, and email address, and acceptance of these Official Rules. Completion of the survey and personal information is required to be eligible for entries.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Use of multiple email addresses, accounts, or identities by the same person to circumvent entry limitations is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
All required fields must be completed for an entry to be eligible. Proof of entry submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Automated or bulk entries are prohibited and void. Except as stated in these Official Rules, personal information collected for this Giveaway will be used in accordance with Promoter’s privacy policy at https://www.img.com/privacy-policy?website=formulad.com.
Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the Giveaway, acting in violation of these Official Rules, acting in a disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person, providing false or misleading information in connection with the Giveaway, attempting to circumvent these Official Rules, or engaging in any fraudulent or deceptive practices. Entries made by any other individual or entity, or originating from any other website or email address, are void. Tampering with the entry process or operation of the Giveaway is prohibited. If for any reason this Giveaway is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Giveaway, Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway. Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by Promoter on account of technical problems, human error, or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Giveaway or downloading any materials in this Giveaway.
Please note: Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Giveaway is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Promoter reserves the right to seek damages or other remedies from any such person(s) responsible for the attempt to the fullest extent permitted by law.
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an online entrant, Promoter may deem the entry to have been made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person assigned an email account by the organization responsible for assigning the applicable email address used at the time of entry. The authorized account holder may be required to provide proof of identity. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the entry will be deemed ineligible.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
On or about November 3, 2026, Promoter or its designee will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period to select one (1) potential major winner and four (4) potential runner-up winners. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Promoter will notify each potential winner by email using the contact information provided at entry. Each potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours after the first notification attempt with an email acknowledgment. If a potential winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, if notification is returned as undeliverable, if the potential winner is ineligible or fails to complete required documents by November 10, 2026, Promoter may select an alternate winner. Reasons for disqualification include: no email response within deadline, email delivery unavailable, no valid government identification, being under 18 years old, falsification of documents requested, or winner selected from outside the United States or District of Columbia. Maximum one (1) alternate drawing will be conducted for each prize. Final cutoff date for alternate selection is November 28, 2026.
PRIZE/ODDS
Five (5) winners will be selected and will receive the following prizes:
Grand Prize (one (1) available): two (2) Three-Day Passes to Formula DRIFT Long Beach Shoreline Showdown 2027, scheduled for October 14-17 2027 plus two (2) tickets for the Track Walk add-on experience. Each Three-Day Pass gives admission to the Formula DRIFT Long Beach Shoreline Showdown 2027 event for the three event days in the official event schedule. Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $379.98.
Runner-Up Prizes (four (4) available): each Runner-Up Prize winner will receive two (2) single-day tickets to Formula DRIFT Long Beach Shoreline Showdown 2027, for an event day selected by the winner, subject to availability. ARV per Runner-Up Prize: $212.50.
Total ARV of all Prizes: $1229.98. The ARV reflects the Promoter's good-faith estimate at the start of the Promotion Period. Any difference between the ARV and the actual value of a Prize will not be awarded.
GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS
Prize will be awarded only if the potential winner fully complies with these Official Rules and timely completes all required documentation, which may include an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, W-9, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release (“Prize Claim Documents”). Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize and may receive a Form 1099 for tax reporting. If a travel or hospitality component imposes age restrictions due to alcohol service, winner’s guest must meet the applicable age requirement. All expenses not expressly stated as included are the sole responsibility of the winner.
GUEST REQUIREMENTS
Any guest accompanying a winner must be of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (unless otherwise permitted by Promoter in writing) and will be required to execute and return a liability/publicity release and conduct agreement in the form provided by Promoter, as a condition of participation in the prize. Failure of a guest to sign and return required documents may result in the guest being denied participation in the prize, in Promoter’s discretion. Winner is responsible for ensuring that their guest complies with all requirements. Notwithstanding the foregoing, winner may attend the event with a guest who is under the age of majority if: (a) the parent or legal guardian of the guest has executed an Authorization Form, giving consent, a Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release, on such guest’s behalf; (b) the parent or legal guardian will accompany the minor guest to the event (i.e., the parent or legal guardian must be the winner); and (c) Promoter, in its sole discretion, has granted its approval.
TRAVEL CONDITIONS
Prizes do not include travel. Winners and guests are responsible for their own travel to and from the event.
If winner elects to partake in any or all portions of the prize with no guest, any remainder of the prize attributable to such non-participating guest will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation.
Winner is solely responsible for any and all expenses not expressly stated in the prize description herein, including, but not limited to, travel, ground transportation, accommodation, meals and beverages, gratuities, concessions at the event, and personal incidentals.
In the event, for whatever reason, the event is canceled, that portion of the prize will not be awarded, and Promoter will not provide any compensation or substitution for that portion of the prize.
Event tickets are nontransferable, may not be resold, and are subject to the terms printed on the ticket. Winners and guests must comply with all venue rules in connection with the event. By accepting the prize, winner and guest (if applicable) grant Promoter and its designees the right to use their name, likeness, voice, and biographical information for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law.
Promoter makes no warranties regarding the prize and disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Prizes shown in advertising are for illustrative purposes only. All details not specified are at Promoter's discretion.
LICENSE
By entering, entrant grants Promoter a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display entrant’s name and likeness, in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, including for promotional or marketing purposes, without additional compensation, notification or permission, unless restricted by law.
SOCIAL MEDIA AND PUBLICITY CONDUCT
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to conduct themselves, and to ensure that any guest does the same, in a professional and appropriate manner on social media and in all public communications concerning Promoter, the Giveaway, and any prize experiences. The winner and guest must not post or publish content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, unlawful, materially false, or misleading about Promoter, the Giveaway, or the prize experience, or that is intended to disparage or harm Promoter, its affiliates, employees, or events. Promoter may provide suggested hashtags, logos, or messaging guidelines for use in prize-related posts, and the winner and guest are encouraged to follow these guidelines when posting, provided that any posts reflect their honest views and comply with applicable disclosure laws, including the FTC Endorsement Guides. Promoter may request removal of posts that violate these requirements, and the winner agrees, and agrees to ensure their guest, complies with any such request within twenty-four (24) hours. Repeated or serious violations, as determined by Promoter in its reasonable discretion, may result in disqualification from further participation in the Giveaway or forfeiture of any unfulfilled prize elements.
GENERAL LIABILITY RELEASE; FORCE MAJEURE
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Promoter, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, promotion, advertising and online technology agencies, prize suppliers, and all others associated with the development or execution of this Giveaway, and each of their respective owners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this Giveaway or acceptance, use, misuse, or non-use of any prize or parts thereof, including, without limitation, liability for death, personal injury, damage, or loss of any kind. Promoter is not responsible for technical errors, malfunctions, or failures of any kind, or for late, lost, misdirected, or damaged entries. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned due to fraud, technical issues, event postponement or cancellation, public health developments, pandemic-related restrictions, or causes beyond Promoter’s control, Promoter may modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway. If terminated before the end of the Promotion Period, Promoter may, if feasible, select the winners in a random drawing from eligible entries received up to the date of termination.
Promoter is not responsible for any acts or omissions of third parties, including event organizers, venues, or transportation providers, or for any circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or governmental actions.
PRIVACY
By entering and providing the required entry information, entrants acknowledge that Promoter may use such information to send promotional materials, information, samples or special offers it believes may be of interest to the entrant. Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used in accordance with Promoter’s privacy policy at https://www.img.com/privacy-policy?website=formulad.com.
GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants or Promoter shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to conflict-of-laws rules. Exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
ARBITRATION PROVISION
By participating in this Giveaway, you agree that any dispute or claim relating in any way to this Giveaway will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may bring qualifying claims in small claims court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement.
The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve all disputes arising out of or relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of these Official Rules. There is no judge or jury in arbitration and court review is limited. The arbitrator can award on an individual basis the same damages and relief as a court and must follow these Official Rules.

The arbitration will be conducted by JAMS under its applicable rules, available at jamsadr.com or by calling 800-352-5267. Fees will be governed by JAMS rules.
You may choose to have the arbitration conducted by telephone, based on written submissions, or in Los Angeles County, California. If Los Angeles County, California is held unenforceable as a location, arbitration will occur in the county where you live or at another mutually agreed location.
We each agree that the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding. Any proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable, this arbitration section will be null and void.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
DAMAGES LIMITATION
ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS GIVEAWAY, BUT IN NO EVENT ATTORNEYS’ FEES. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED.
STATE-SPECIFIC PROVISIONS
California Residents: Entrants who are California residents assume the above-mentioned risks and agree that their release shall apply to all unknown or unanticipated results of the occurrences described above, as well as those known or anticipated.
Such Entrants hereby knowingly waive any and all rights and protections under California Civil Code Section 1542, which section reads as follows:
“A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party.”
New Jersey Residents: Pursuant to the New Jersey Truth-in-Consumer Contract, Warranty and Notice Act (“TCCWNA”), N.J.S.A. 56:12-14 et seq., certain businesses are not permitted to offer or enter into written consumer contracts with consumers or prospective consumers which include any provision that violates any clearly established legal right of a consumer, or responsibility of the business, as established by state or Federal law.
These Official Rules are intended to comply with TCCWNA. In the event of a conflict between these Official Rules and the TCCWNA, the terms of the TCCWNA take precedence and will control.
The following provisions of these Official Rules shall not be applicable to New Jersey residents: (i) provisions which limit the Promoter’s liability for any tortious action or breach of contract by Promoter; and (ii) provisions which limit the amount of damages which may be sought for any tortious action or breach of contract by Promoter.
