Over the past 14 years of professional drifting, Matt Field has become known best for his aggressive driving style and no-quit attitude. No matter the battle, Matt pushes the limits of his Borla Performance GT Radial Heat Wave Visual Leen Customs C6 Corvette! His relentless drive has cemented his status as a household name in the Formula Drift series and among fans worldwide.
Hailing from San Jose, California, Matt and his team have competed all over the United States, China, Japan, and Australia. This has given him the opportunity to diversify himself as a driver in different cars and reach a much wider audience of fans. Aside from a full-time racing career, Matt is also the proud owner of Drift Cave, a motorsport-focused performance and fabrication shop located in Gilroy, California.
Taking the experience he has acquired behind the wheel and implementing it into his customers' projects has been incredibly rewarding for Matt and has really helped expand his career beyond Formula Drift. Like a true extreme sports athlete who never wants to slow down, Matt has also begun to step further outside of drifting and is starting to do more water-sports, boat racing, and CrossFit.
