Over the past 13 years of professional drifting, Matt Field has become known best for his aggressive driving style and no-quit attitude. No matter the battle, Matt drives his Borla Performance GT Radial Heat Wave Visual Leen Customs C6 Corvette to the absolute limit! This persistence has made him a household name within the Formula Drift series and fans all across the globe.
Hailing from San Jose, California, Matt and his team have competed all over the United States, China, Japan, and Australia. This has given him the opportunity to diversify himself as a driver in different cars and reach a much wider audience of fans. Aside from a full-time racing career, Matt is also the proud owner of Drift Cave, a motorsport-focused performance and fabrication shop located in Morgan Hill, California.
Taking the experience he has acquired behind the wheel and implementing it into his customers' projects has been incredibly rewarding for Matt and has really helped expand his career.
Like a true extreme sports athlete who never wants to slow down, Matt has also begun to step further outside of drifting and is starting to do more watersports, boat racing, and CrossFit. Entering the 2024 Formula Drift Pro Championship, Matt is hungrier than ever to earn a championship!
